Shipping Policy
Postal orders will be posted within 3 - 4 working days.
For commissions or if item is out of stock it can take 3 - 4 weeks to produce.
Upon order from the website, an email is sent confirming the order and when the order is on its way there will be a following email with a tracking number. Please contact if there is no confirmation or notification of shipping.
Domestic: 1 - 2 working days
European Union: 5 - 10 working days
Worldwide: 10 - 15 working days
For international shipping, there might be tax or customs charges and customs fees may be required upon pick up of the parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted if defected or the wrong item(s) are accidentally shipped. If this does occur, please notify within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and arrangements will be made for replacements or refunds.
Due to the matt glazes, returns of items cannot be made that have been used.
